Be part of the launch of COUP, the eScooter sharing service, in Paris. COUP is a trendy, high-end, lifestyle and tech B2C service. Our mission is to enhance Parisians daily life and make the city more liveable and sustainable.

COUP (backed by the German conglomerate Bosch) launched in Berlin in 2016 and already operates 1000 eScooters. The team in Paris will be 6 people at the launch and we plan a fast expansion in 2017.

We get truly excited about hiring you, if you:

  • Are passionate about growing digital businesses
  • Have 5+ years experience in marketing for a B2C brand, ideally a pure-player (agencies profiles welcome)
  • Have build successful digital marketing programs form concept through execution (give us concrete examples)
  • Have 3+ years experience in managing and optimizing large scale, paid media on mobile
  • Have experience in retargeting, programmatic, paid social, video and mobile advertising
  • Are an expert on adwords, FB advertising, Google Analytics, A/B testing platform, Mailchimp, and are OK on Adobe
  • Are extremely data-driven and detail oriented
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under thight deadlines
  • Value pragmatism and deliver high quality
  • Are a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Are passionate
  • Speak fluent English

What you will be working on:

  • Conceive and execute digital campaigns that drive acquisition, conversion, engagement, and awareness
  • Manage media buying
  • Define, validate and monitor core KPIs to convert insights into action
  • Ensure the best ROI by providing creative concepts along with powerful analysis and resulting optimizations
  • Develop brand content and ensure creative and editorial alignment across all channels - Work closely with analytics, product, design and engineering on customer journey, persona, conversion rate, drop-offs, new features, ...
  • Update the French website w/ HQ team
  • Research, review and analyse competitive strategies and initiatives
  • Allocate and follow-up the budget

It's not only about digital! You will also:

  • Conceive and manage offline campaigns
  • Identify and develop partnerships with other brands
  • Manage PR agency and other freelancers
  • Organize events linked to the campaigns
