Each month, My Little Box sends a box full of beauty products and goodies to their subscribers. In order to grow our team, we’re looking for a “CRM and Customer Service Intern”

Role and missions:

You’ll be in charge of customer service and will handle the after sales service for My Little Box UK:
Answer the suscribers’ demands
Conceive, develop and manage customer relationship
Optimise customer relationship strategy
Improve front and back office managing tools
Set up and follow objectives
Support the development of ecommerce projects - analysis on consumers impact
Provide content for social channels
For the purpose of this mission, you’ll communicate in English language as a true My Little Box ambassador.

You are pragmatic and analytic
Your positive and cheerful temper makes the difference

Internship conditions:
Six-month internship minimum within an artist’s loft located in the 9th arrondissement.
Position to be filled ASAP.
