2009-2011 South Chicago Art Center: Programs Manager

  • Coordinated and oversaw all programming for non-profit Art Center including After-school, In-school, and Outreach programs for high-risk youth.
  • Implemented and assessed new program evaluation strategy that involved the creation of student surveys, art critiques, curriculum, and monthly staff/faculty meetings
  • Managed all Intern, Teaching Artist, and Volunteer activities
  • Created and maintained database systems for tracking and analyzing program data
    • Prepared data, materials, and writing for Grant reports

  • Created and maintained digital database of artwork for archives, catalogs and website
