Description du poste :
Project coordination for Business Development and Innovation Department
Understand business needs from publishers/top management and transversal teams locally.
Take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements for each project (POC or MVP).
Prepare agendas for meetings with project owners, run meetings, take and circulate minutes with clear follow ups.
Brainstorm on ideas, propose solutions or partners to address business needs.
Follow-up on business development and innovation projects, from ideation to industrialization.
Manage scaling up of existing projects, with IT teams, and internationally if required. 
Coordinate with outside parties to find rights partners for projects: start-ups, writers, designers, engineers, etc. and with Research / Strategy /Digital teams to prepare demo sessions or organize meetings and field trips.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments based on financial analysis.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals and KPIs.
Coordination with consultants and internal staff on Innovation Challenges

Collaboration within and beyond the BD&I team
Coordinate with other PMs and with the leadership of the BD&I team in Paris and Silicon Valley.
Ensure communication with the BD&I team globally to inform, share local learnings and best practices, facilitate scaling of projects internationally.
Create specifications documents with budgets to be approved by leadership.
Prepare monthly activity reporting for local CEO. 
Coordination of the Business Development and Innovation Department
Coordinate in-person and online events, including organization of videoconferences and program events, including invites, calendaring, securing flights, lodging, and meeting rooms for group travel, in conjunction with French /UK / US / Spain assistants.
Organization of meetings (reservation of rooms, printing of documents and logistical organization)
Administration and coordination of the Department: setting agendas, taking minutes, reporting, management of the annual calendar, and budget duties including monitoring invoices for the department against yearly budget
Create Powerpoint presentations
Support and optimize Sharepoint resources
Assist Director (California based) and Deputy Director (Paris based) as needed

Relevant education and/or job experience as a department coordinator and/or Project Manager
Strong planning and execution skills.
Creativity in finding solutions and thinking outside the box.
Strong writing and communications skills; ability to present and condense complicated issues briefly and succinctly and to present them clearly. Strong written and oral skills in English, French and Spanish required.
Ideal candidate is business-oriented, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
Ability to evaluate technical solutions a plus.
Range of software skills, including but not limited to: Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Strong teamwork mindset and an ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Interest in new technologies and publishing appreciated.
