We are looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Biborg: to manage digital productions, being specifically involved on projects with a high degree of technicality. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical expertise combined with a solid project management background, an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and an active interest in gaming.

About the role:

The Technical Account Manager at Biborg is responsible for leading all projects from A to Z, focusing on complex online activations or tech-related projects. The Technical Account Manager is critical to the conception, development and execution of these projects. The role also includes all the duties normally assigned to Account Managers such as be responsible for the management of client accounts. Naturally well organised, The Technical Account Manager is able to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously and interact with clients, vendors and all project members.The Technical Account Manager should also have strong interpersonal skills allied with the ability to negotiate and sell Biborg products and services.
Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer (Tech) and the Client Lead (Account Management), the Technical Account Manager works closely with them on a regular basis.


. Initiate the project, draw up plans and map out tasks
. Define Specifications and SLA of all projects given
. Be responsible for technical solutions chosen and implemented
. Identify the resources needed for the project
. Coordinate team members and monitor the day-to-day
. Manage the project’s budget and planning
. Communicate with all stakeholders
. Prepare progress reports for senior management
. Review and validate the feasibility of project proposals
. Provide technical and product knowledge to support the sales process
. Collaborate with all departments to achieve a common goal

Your profile:

. Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies as technical project manager or a related field
. Proven Experience in program and app development
. Strong knowledge in AWS and GCP to deploy complex solutions (security, scalability and responsiveness)
. Be familiar with Typescript and NodeJS and used to work with operational tools such as Bitbucket and Confluence
. Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in English and French
. Analytical Mindset and excellent time-management skills
. Capacities to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience
. Ability to grasp customers’ needs, suggest timely solutions and build client relationship
. Strong attention to detail
. Interest for the video game industry
